1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days.
- You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3โ5 working days
- Other Locations: 4โ7 working days
Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or during special promotions.

๐ RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

- We do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered.
โ๏ธ 7 Days Exchange Policy (Defective/Wrong Product Only)
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:
- You received a damaged product,
- A defective item,
- A wrong product,
- A size exchange is needed (only if unused & in original condition).
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- All tags, box, accessories, and protective covers must be intact.
- Exchange approval depends on proper unboxing evidence.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A clear unboxing video is required for any exchange claim.
- Video must show the parcel from all sides, opening it in one shot without cuts.
Exchange Denial Cases
Exchange will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used or damaged after delivery
- Tags/accessories are missing
- No unboxing video is provided
- Wrong size was ordered by customer (in some products)
Store Credits (If Exchange Not Available)
If the replacement item is out of stock, you will receive store credit, valid for future purchases.
